This Privacy Policy covers how Hart Apps handles personal data whether you interact with us on our websites, through our apps, or in person (including by phone).

You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to requests you may have.

Phone System User Data:
No mobile information obtained, while using our phone system, will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Children and Personal Data
If you are a child under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, we ask that you do not transact with us and have a parent or guardian transact on your behalf.
